Editorial services for publishers and authors.
Welcome to Beth Bishop Editorial.
With nearly twenty years’ experience in publishing, I work with both publishers and authors on a wide range of projects, from gift and cookery titles to true crime and wellbeing.
I offer a full range of editorial services, from in-depth structural and development edits to managing schedules and tracking budgets.
I also offer straight copyediting and proofreading, should your project need a reliable eye.
Please get in touch to discuss how we can work together.
Editorial Services
I offer full project management services, guiding a title from manuscript through layout to final files, for both illustrated and narrative titles. I pride myself on staying on schedule and budget and being flexible to changing priorities.
I offer developmental and structural editing to help shape a manuscript’s content, structure and flow, working closely with you to strengthen the book as a whole, while always respecting the author’s voice.
I offer copyediting and proofreading, with close attention to detail and a clear focus on meeting the brief, ensuring accuracy, consistency and polish throughout the text.
My editorial management services include overseeing multi-title workflows and schedules, commissioning and collaborating closely with freelancers to ensure briefs are met and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
